If teachers are not well, how can we expect the students to be well?
Radical self-care must be communal. ATN puts the wellness and healing of teachers at the center of educational justice and collective liberation. ATN conducts workshops and trainings that help facilitate teachers' journeys towards collective healing and anti-racism.

ATN fights alongside educators, young people, and parents/caregivers through our grant-giving program, affinity groups for Black educators, fighting successfully for the end of incarceration of educators in ATL, and so much more.
The climate has never been particularly kind to us, but with a second, emboldened Trump presidency looming, we know the threats are even stronger. So we plan on fighting even harder.
